Where Embedded Firmware Support fits

Firmware support is the narrow edge-software service. It covers sensor capture, state machines, button and indicator behaviour, configuration, serial or HTTP communication, power-conscious operation, diagnostics and repeatable test behaviour. It does not automatically include a full server application or dashboard; those belong under Embedded-to-Server Integration. Choose this service when the device hardware exists and the immediate problem is firmware behaviour or communication.

Provide the board, wiring, current source code, expected state behaviour and a reproducible description of what fails.
